The Pecos Raw Tara collection is a smooth and semi-rigid Vachetta harness leather that is vegetable tanned in oak barrels. The special tanning process and the vegetable and animal fats give the collection a unique appearance and softness. The matte leather has a natural grain and is colored with flowers from Peru. These Tara extracts result in beautiful pastel colors.

This leather has an open structure, which means that it develops a patina layer through use and external influences. If you don't want that to happen use a wax, leather finish or protection spray.
