Nike Air Max 1 Patta Waves Rush Maroon

The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Rush Maroon” is a popular collaboration between the Amsterdam-based sneaker boutique and Nike on the retro running shoe that was released in November 2021. The “Rush Maroon” is one of multiple Air Max 1s co-designed by Patta in 2021, and like the other designs, the maroon-based look is inspired by Patta’s diverse community of customers, employees, and fans. Offering a new look for the Air Max 1, the “Rush Maroon” features a wavy, Rush Maroon-colored leather mudguard. Subtle but effective, the modified look progresses the timeless design with a modern flair. Signature Patta branding appears on the tongue and inner lining. A small Swoosh is embroidered on the lateral side of the mudguard. The upper is constructed from grey mesh and the overlays appear in Rush Maroon leather. A tonal leather Swoosh dots both sides of the shoe and “Nike Air” branding is found on the heel.
